It’s Sunday and a Day of Rest. Or rather, a day get ready for some fireworks but without the use of herbal remedies or pills (not that these things aren’t useful; we’re just going to go in a different direction today). Today it’s time to do some stretches and some exercises that will greatly improve your sex life naturally! So, grab your mat, or a chair, and turn up the music.
What You Will Need
• Oil, lotion, or some sort of lubrication
• Warm water/cloth
• A warm, private room
The first thing you have to know how to do is Kegels! Yup, Kegels aren’t just for women; they’re a great natural enhancement for men too as they strengthen the muscles and help to prevent premature ejaculation. Kegels are done with ease, but they’re very important. Simply imagine that you’re peeing (or do it while you’re really peeing), then tighten your penis and try and stop yourself. There, that’s all there is to it! When you’re doing your Kegels, you’ll start to notice a thickening of your penis almost right away because tighter muscles force more bloodflow and which leads to a bigger penis. However, Kegels are best done in conjunction with other stretches.
Next, pick a warm room to do your stretches and keep some warm water on hand. Warmth will relax the muscles and encourage blood flow, so make sure to keep everything nice and toasty. There are two broad kinds of exercise-soft and hard-based generally on how fast you will be stretching and what effect this will have on your penis. Soft exercises are done at half mast and work on strengthening ligaments and lengthening the penis overall. Soft exercises are done more slowly by pulling down on your penis while performing Kegels and pulling for thirty seconds. Then grab the base of your penis, shake it for about twenty seconds and repeat. The best way to do it is to stretch it from side to side doing short Kegels and then straight down doing a long one. Every week increase the pressure your fingers put on your penis while pulling and keep up the Kegels too for great results.
Hard stretches require you to have a full erection. Grab your penis around the shaft and push it down as hard as you can (without pain!) and then pull it down hard and release it, repeating around twenty times, much like doing down jerks. After twenty of these, shake your penis around to relax it and then get a full on erection again and repeat. And don’t forget the Kegels with each stretch!
A final exercise you can try is called Jelq. Performing a Jelq looks deceptively easy, but if it’s not done right, it won’t work. You’ll need a partial erection for this one-almost full size, but still flexible. Then lubricate the head of your penis with lotion or oil or whatever you want and encircle the base of your penis with your thumb and forefingers in an ‘OK’ sign. Then slowly, but powerfully, move your fingers to the head of your penis, applying enough pressure that you can feel it, but so much that it hurts. Do this about three times per hand and for as long as your wrists can stand it. This method will force blood to the head and force the tissues therein to expand and take on more blood which will enlarge and thicken your penis.
Now, you should be doing these stretches a few times a week. The Kegels can be done any old place and time, though they are best done as part of a stretching routine since you’ll have to do them while you’re stretching anyway. The other stretches can be done a few times a week in sessions, just like you would with any exercising. And of course continue with any other natural male enhancement products you’re using; these exercises are very well complimented by these remedies!
