The Alchemy of Romance
The alchemy of romance is as such:
Smell. One of the things that people choose their partner on is smell; that alchemy of scent molecules that make one person smell irresistible and others smell terrible. Deodorant, perfumes, and cologne can only take you so far; you have to just have the good luck of not smelling like a garbage pile! Fertile women smell on a subconscious level to men that makes them irresistible, but even that’s not enough. For reasons beyond your control (the substance known as MHC or major histocompatibility complex which ensures that people will only breed if there’s a good chance that the fetus will come to term, to be specific) people find each other attractive or just friends.
Taste. This same substance, MHC, can also be found in saliva and may be the reason why we kiss passionately as a way to decide whether someone is worth the time to have intercourse with or not. You could have the perfect kiss and still fail because of that pesky chemical compound.
Appearance. Of course appearance matters, but not in the way you think. Women with ample chests (duh), but also wide hips are considered more attractive to men than skinny chicks (eat your heart out diet magazines!) whereas men with broad shoulders and chests are considered most attractive. This is because large hips/breasts=better child bearing and broad shoulders/chests=ability to bring home the bacon. Even in today’s sedentary world, this still rings true.
Testosterone. Testosterone is found largely in men, but also in women. Testosterone is also a sex drive chemical and thus a romance drive chemihttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifcal. It makes people more romantically inclined and can be found not only in the body, but even in the saliva of men! So when you kiss, the women is getting a dose of testosterone which hyper drives her sex drive. So much for the romantic kiss!
Romance is also caused by a chemical hit from dopamine (a pleasure causing hormone in the brain) which makes you anticipate seeing someone or doing something, and creates more pleasure which makes you happier to see someone which leads to love and romance! The next part is serotonin and more importantly oxytocin. Oxytocin, also known as the binding chemical, makes women and men feel more attached to each other and is released in conjunction with dopamine to make a connection stick. Oxytocin is the same chemical which binds mothers fiercely to their newborn child by the way.
But for all this alchemical information, romance continues to astound researchers and lovers alike, for though it’s all very fine and well to know that what you’re feeling is being caused by brain chemicals and tens of thousands of years of breeding, nothing quite prepares you for that first rush of happiness, adrenaline, and arousal; and that my dear ladies and gentlemen is where all the poetry, sitcoms, novels and songs extolling love comes from!
But in the end, it’s all an alchemical brew.

Porn Sex and Real Sex
Well you get the idea.
Afterwards, likely due to my job as a seeker of adult content and my own shaky confidence, I had to wonder if I had done a decent job of pleasuring my new husband. He of course was thrilled and went straight to sleep, but I was left wondering. Further analysis revealed that part of my insecurities may lie in my job. After all, I see/read/research means of having better sex and this includes porn.
But porn sex is not real sex. It’s not even remotely real sex. I’m sure you all know that intellectually, but it can still smack you in the face when you least expect it (especially if your partner watches porn) and you’re left wondering: are you good enough?
But no one is good enough to be porn sex! Here’s why:
Porn sex is choreographed and the act is done over and over again at different angles. Then the product is airbrushed, photoshopped, and otherwise fixed. (and did you know there are porn stunt doubles for the close shots?)
Porn sex is a good deal…. neater, mostly due to the fact that the finished product has been edited. You won’t have any damp spots, queefing, or anything other than elegantly sweaty limbs. Plus everyone is shaven. Now how many men do you know will shave their bodies? (how many of us want them to?)
Porn sex has a script to follow, usually a bad one, but a script nonetheless. It’s rehearsed and memorized and ad-libbed just like any other script. It also has a director and cameras.
Porn sex is done by professionals who only like each other as coworkers.
Now,while the finished product may be something that is sexy and fulfilling for some people, it’s not real. The whole thing is made up. And so, if you’re in a relationship, the real sex will be far more fulfilling than any stageplay anyway.
A final thought: Do you really want to work as hard on that sex scene in your own bedroom as those porn stars do? Someone shouting ‘CUT!’ and telling cameras to move to the left?
Yeah, I didn’t think so.
Happy sex everyone and talk to you all soon.

Vacation
I'm off on vacation tomorrow which will restore body, mind, soul, and sexual feelings to boot. Premature ejaculation cures are great, but so is a vacation for my partner and I! I guess the best cure of all would be time to unwind, a good herbal remedy and some exercising.
Well, that's all folks. See you in a couple of weeks.

The Worst Methods to Have Safe Sex!
The Old Pull Out Method
With a reputation among teens as old as time, the old pull out method is a stand by used by young men to avoid wearing a condom. The idea behind it is simple: pull out of the vagina before you ejaculate and that way, you avoid shooting your sperm into your girlfriend. This method may have history, but it doesn’t work. This is because even a man’s lubrication has sperm in it and it only takes one of these little buggers to make a baby. Plus there’s no guarantee that he’ll be able to pull out before ejaculating anyway.
Sex Standing Up
Fun? Yes. Safe? Nothttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif so much. The idea behind this one is that if you have sex while standing up, the sperm won’t be able to go anywhere because they’ll be fighting against gravity and will fail. Although sperm will have a slightly harder time of it going uphill, so to speak, the woman’s vagina muscles are built to help sperm go to where they need to go through muscle contractions and through a woman’s own lubrication cushioning the run. Sex standing up may look great in a porn, but it’s useless as a contraceptive.
Sex in the Water
A common one and great if you’re low on lubrication. The idea behind this one-both in a pool, bath, or shower-is that the sperm will be washing away before they can get into the woman’s body. Of course, this is completely wrong since the man’s penis will be inside of the woman where there isn’t any water! But this one persists anyway.
Counting the Days
The calendar method of figuring out when a woman is fertile or not is based around the fact that women are really only fertile for about one hundred hours a month, around 11-16 days before her period. However, it’s that ‘around’ that trips people up. Trying to figure out when it’s safe to have sex around a calendar is like playing Russian Roulette; you’ll probably be right, but then again, you might not be. The only way to do this method properly is through the Billing’s Method of Natural family planning; and even it’s by no means a sure thing.
Masturbate then Recreate!
Masturbating before sex has a few benefits-it makes men go longer and gets them warmed up. However, where it flops is as a contraceptive. The idea behind this one is that when you shoot off the first time, you’ll get rid of all your sperm (or most of it anyway) and thus greatly reduce the odds of impregnating your partner. It fails because, just like with the Pull it out method, it only takes one lucky sperm to make a baby.
If your partner tries to pull any of these on you, shut him (or her!) down quick. These are the worst ways to have safe sex, not the best ways!
Have a nice day folks!

Natural Family Planning
Natural Family Planning is based around the fact that the menstrual cycle of women has periods of infertility in it when it’s much harder or nearly impossible for women to get pregnant. It is at these times where it safe for women to have unprotected sex, or so the theory goes, and thus there is no need for things like birth control pills or even condoms. There are three kinds of natural family planning methods: the Rhythm method which goes by the cycle of a woman’s body; the Billing’s method which relies on a woman’s sense of whether she is feeling fertile or infertile using things like body temperature and the kinds of fluids they’re letting out of their bodies; and ecological breastfeeding.
Rhythm Method
The rhythm method of natural family planning is based around the idea that women have predictable menstrual cycles. By following the rhythm of: menstruation, infertility, fertility and infertility, women using this method hope to either avoid getting pregnant or increase the chances of it. Although the rhythm method is no longer recognised as being a ‘natural family planning’ method, it’s one that’s commonly lumped in anyway so many women use it. The main problem with it is that it does not take into account the fact that menstrual cycles are easily affected and so it’s not the most effective method. http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif
Billing’s Method
The Billing’s Method is the most commonly used one when it comes to natural family planning and the one that is usually recommended. It uses a few factors in a woman’s body to work: body temperature, the consistency of vaginal discharge, and sheer gut instinct on the part of the woman to determine whether she is fertile or infertile. Women who are in their ovulating period have a higher body temperature and fluids with the consistency of uncooked egg whites. Some women also get bloating, cramps, and tenderness. By avoiding sex during these periods, the chances of getting pregnant are much lower. When used properly, this method has an above 90% rate of effectiveness; not as high as birth control pills or condoms, but still very high. However, the method must be applied exactly, or it won’t work at all.
Ecological Breastfeeding
Ecological breastfeeding is based around the idea that when a woman is breastfeeding, she is largely infertile. This is because breastfeeding releases hormones that halt ovulation. By breastfeeding for 1-2 years, a woman can easily space out her pregnancies while giving her child the best start to life. Ecological breastfeeding is a highly effective form of birth control, but you have to breast feed often and with no supplementing; something that is very difficult for most women in this day and age.
Natural family planning is most heavily endorsed by the Roman Catholic Church, but it is also enjoyed by any woman who is mistrustful of the pill or condoms, or who would prefer to let the dice roll as they will. When used properly, methods are very effective, but it only takes one slip up for these methods to be rendered useless, so if you want to opt for natural family planning, make sure you know exactly what you’re doing first.

Saturday's Product: The Pill
The Pill uses the hormone progesterone to block the egg from dropping and from being able to be fertilised. Surprisingly, the pill started out as a way to help infertility, not create a falsely infertile woman. The theory was that if you don’t allow any eggs to drop for a while and then let it drop several months later, it would be more easily fertilised and thus infertile woman would be able to get pregnant. Although it’s likely that the women who got pregnant after dropping the pill after four months was a fluke, it did lead researchers, specifically Gregory Pincus who had conducted the research into improving infertility, to strengthening the pill as a contraceptive and begin a slow release into the public once it was deemed safe and effective.
What’s interesting about the Pill is the time it took to take the world by storm. Christianity for example was taken rather off guard by its introduction and implications; for a while the Pill was accepted because it didn’t damage a fetus or embryo, it just lengthened the period of safe sex time that happened in a woman’s natural cycle and since most church leaders encouraged Natural Family Planning (that is, having sex during a woman’s ‘safe’ period in order to prevent pregnancy), there wasn’t much any church could say against the pill for a while. In fact, it wasn’t until the woman’s movement began to snowball, thanks in no small part to the arrival and widespread use of The Pill that churches such as the Catholic Church began to take a more active and negative interest in the contraceptive. By that point though, it was hard to get women to stop taking it; many Catholic women were on the Pill to prevent unwanted pregnancies already, so most Catholic leaders adopted an ‘if we don’t know about it, we can’t get you for it’ policy. Leaders were still were very outspoken against contraceptives though, believing that they encouraged loose morals and promiscuity.
On a wider social scale though, the Pill had far more reaching consequences than the inventors could have imagined. Freed from the worry of childbearing, the age of marriage and child birth began to rise while more career women entered the workforce. Although most women would point out that this was through the efforts of campaign and protest, the Pill certainly had a role to play. Employers were more willing to hire a woman who wouldn’t be on maternity leave every two years and schools were more willing to open their doors to women who would complete a degree rather than getting pregnant and dropping out. Women were taking greater control of their sexuality; they were able to take the Pill without their husband’s knowledge or consent and thus this gave them a feeling of empowerment. And of course, it gave the rights to pregnancy more heavily to the woman; if she didn’t want to have a baby, she just had to pop a pill daily and the odds of getting pregnant dropped dramatically. And many mothers would slip their daughters the Pill once she reached the age of dating for fear of pregnancy.
The Pill had a massive impact on the woman’s movement and some historians believe that the woman’s movement would not have gone as far so quickly if it hadn’t been for birth control. After all, it allowed more women to join the workforce, get educated and control their sexuality in a way that they never could before. But to heap all of the woes of promiscuity and non-consequences of sex onto the Pill is erroneous. After all, couples have been searching for ways to prevent birth for as long as they realised how babies were made! The Pill’s main impact was that it allowed women to control their sexuality in a clean, discreet and highly effective way.
Nowadays, the Pill is something of a rite of passage for most women-as soon as a girl starts thinking about sex and getting into a serious relationship, she’s put on the pill or another form of birth control. However, there is still a lot of controversy and misunderstandings surrounding The Pill and there likely always will be. Still, it’s very important for most women to know that they are literally taking the right to have children into their own hands instead of leaving it up their partner.
The writer would like to thank Time Magazine’s Article: 50th Anniversary of The Pill for all of the wonderful research material and facts. That article was written by Nancy Gibbs. Any incorrect facts in this article are not her fault, but my own. Thank you!

History of the Condom
Condoms have been in use for thousands of years, though they looked very different. Evidence of condom use in one form or another dates back the Egyptian times at about 1000 BC when Egyptians used condoms made of silk paper and linen. Cave paintings from France also dates back condom use to about 200 AD which was a visual aid to how condoms were used. However, it’s not until the 1500s that condoms began to enjoy publicised notoriety. An Italian doctor by the name of Fallopius began documenting the use of linen sheath condoms to protect people from syphilis. Uncomfortable to be sure, but the condom did largely do its job and syphilis numbers began to drop among condom users.
In the 1600s, farmers made condoms instead from sheep guts. This is likely the origin of sheepskin condoms. It would probably disgust users now, but they were a cheap route to contraception and were effective. The condom was brought to the attention of the Royal Family in England (King Charles II) and it’s believed that the name ‘condom’ has its origins here. A physician named Dr. Condom/Conton brought it into the public eye and folklore attributes the name to the doctor. More likely though, it comes from the Latin word ‘condus’ or container.
Condoms began to enjoy more widespread use and advertisement starting in the 18th century when leaflets advertising their usefulness began to circulate among the store owners. It was a great thing to sell and many people recognised its usefulness in both contraception and it preventing some diseases. In 1840, condoms made of rubber began to circulate the stores. These condoms were meant to be used over and over again; men were advised to use them until they crumbled before purchasing a new one. Disgusting, no? Not to mention far less safe!
Condoms also enjoyed notoriety in Japan. These condoms were made from horn and tortoise shell, which made them hard, but effective at stopping the flow of sperm.
It wasn’t until the 1930s that the latex condom began working their way around. The process of making latex condoms became more affordable and easier, though you still wouldn’t have seen the range of condoms you see now until the 1990s when a greater range of condoms were available to suit a growing openness about sexuality and wants.
So, the next time you sigh about reaching for that little cardboard box of condoms, be glad that you’re not wearing one made of horn or sheep guts! On a more serious note, the history of condoms proves that the quest to control sexuality and the results of it have been around for thousands of years.

Adding Something Special to Romance: Massage Oils
Massage oils are oils that can be used in all forms of massage, sensual or otherwise. They are designed to be smooth, silky, and easy to use. The best ones are all natural massage oils that add proteins and vitamins to your skin so that you’re getting medicinal therapy was well as a relaxing and romantic massage. Some massage oils even contain ingredients that serve as a gentle aphrodisiac and can really put your in the mood. Still others can double as lubrication, though make sure to read the label and check before trying it as some oils contain ingredients that are good for the shoulders and back, but not so good for more intimate areas. Massage oils can contain ingredients such as vanilla, ylang ylang, kukai oil, almond oil, and a variety of fragrances such as strawberry and champagne. Some massage oils are edible, so that you can give a massage with more than just your hands! while others can double as lubricants. Some oils are best used for things like tantra yoga or for enjoying foreplay; these ones are easy to wash off and out of cloth and even the most delicate fabrics are safe around these oils.
It’s very important when choosing your massage oils to pick ones that will be suitable for your needs. For example, if you want to do more than just give a massage, you’ll want ones that are edible or are safe on sensitive areas. If your partner or you have sensitive skin, then you should get oils with natural and gentle ingredients so that nothing is irritated after the massage. Finding the perfect oil is mostly a matter of doing a bit of research; you can find scads of different types online, so it’s most a matter of picking the one that suits your needs best.
Massage oils can be slipped into gift baskets, stockings, and as part of an anniversary gift. They are highly affordable and last a while. They promote relaxation and closeness that helps bring about a more sexual mood in both partners. And, if nothing else, they are highly appreciated after a hard day of work.
So, if you’re looking for a nice little gift idea for any occasion, then you should look at some massage oils, the more natural ingredients the better. It’s definitely worth a bit of time and money!

Forms of Herbal Sex Enhancements
Pill
Of course there are herbal remedies for sex enhancement in the form of pills. These are often dried, crushed herbs and liquids put into capsules and tablets. Pills are some of the common form of herbal remedies on the market and this makes them easy to get. The main drawbacks are that they often require a drink or something to eat in order to metabolise them and they often have to be taken well in advance so that the ingredients can go through the digestive tract and to the organs in question. Examples of pills include Hot Rod, Vicerex, and VigRX Plus pills.
Oils/Other Thin Liquids.
On the other end of the herbal sex enhancement spectrum, we see oils and other thinner fluids. Oils are topical treatments that are applied directly onto the penis or breasts in order to make them larger. Male herbal sex enhancemhttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifents in oils are far more common than they are for women, simply because it’s easier to strengthen the penis with oils than it is to strengthen female body parts. Oils are usually faster than pills since they go straight through the skin and affect only the area it’s used on. They also tend to be made of purer materials since pills often have filler in them. However, oils and other thin liquids have to be researched carefully because some kinds have more toxic ingredients than other, so you really have to be sure that you’re getting the pure stuff. Examples of topical treatments include gambir sarawak and VigRX Plus oil. Germany Sex Drops is used as female sex enhancer.
Creams
Creams are often used in breast enhancement, but also for reducing vaginal dryness. Creams are useful because they are fairly easily absorbed in the skin and very easy to apply. They are mainly used for improving sensitivity and occasionally for temporary enlargements. The main problem with creams is that they are very temporary measures and they can cause sensitivities in some women. You should also check ingredient listings very carefully to make sure you’re not just getting a bunch of junk in your system. Examples include Hersolution Gel and Vigorelle.
Patches
Newest on the market are natural sex enhancement patches. These patches are usually used by men to end problems with premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction. Patches are convenient because they are worn under clothing and don’t have to be replaced for about three days. The main disadvantage is that they are slow acting; it can take several weeks for you to get the full effects, but once you do, they are usually nearly permanent. An example of a male sex enhancement patch is ProEnhance Patch.
There are a lot of options to choose from when deciding how you want to handle any sexual problem in an all natural fashion. Just make sure to choose the one that is best suited to your time and your preference and you’ll be ready to go!

The Exercise of Power
I've learned something about myself.
I'm not one of those people.
Today I had to ban an Earthy Sex forum user. I didn't want to, but after three warnings, including a general forum posting, the person just wasn't getting it. Maybe some people would have considered the infraction minor, and it sort of was, but it was causing a big headache to me and, more importantly, there was a decided feeling coming across that this user was either a 'bot or just didn't care to look at or even try to understand the rules.
So here goes.
This person posted about 200 free porn videos in the Straight section of the forums and scattered several more in all the other forums; except for video sharing which to me, and likely to most poeple, would have been the obvious choice for posting free porn. I mean, duh. I sent out a very polite message to this person in clear English (because all the posts were done in Russian I think) stating that their videos had been moved (I moved all of the videos for this person) to the correct forum and to use that forum from now on for posting videos. Then I did a post in the Straight forum about videos. After all, we want videos on the forums (they're bringing in the viewers!) but in the right place!
He/she/it continued posting videos in the Straight Forum.
I sent a more stern and to the point warning. I even tried to do it in Russian, but the translation kept getting screwed up so I just wrote it very simply.
Woke up this morning to more videos.
Sent infraction points and the reason for it.
Two more videos followed.
Banned user for one month, but he/she/it is still getting the backlink power since I left the videos in the correct forum.
I don't feel powerful or sexy or strong or anything. I just feel kind of ill and tired. Which makes me wonder what kind of sexual being I am and furthermore whether I was just being a bitch about it or whether I have a legitimate grievance?

ProEnhance Patch
ProEnhance Patch is an herbal sex male enhancement product that uses fresh herbal ingredients like Damiana, Fo-Ti, and Gensing. These ingredients are packed fresh into the patch and are certified as being robust and always fresh. These ingredients promote energy, bloodflow and improve sensitivity. Unlike many other herbal sex enhancement products, all of the ingredients in this product are safe to use and don’t cause odd health side effects.
This form of male sex enhancement is very different to use from the typical product as well. Instead of popping pills or using weird stretching devices, you simply place the patch on your lower abdomen and wear it under your clothes. Much like any patch, the ingredients in the patch then seep into the skin and go to work ramping up your sex drive and helping with any sexual dysfunction issues you have. The end result is a harder, larger penis, more stamina, and greater sensitivity.
ProEnhance Patch is best used with the whole system that the company offers, which includes exercises to do while taking the patch to ramp up the success of the product. This system is one of the most complete systems though and most successful.
So how does ProEnhance Patch stack up compared to other products?
All Natural Ingredients: Yes! The ingredients include fresh herbal ingredients that don’t include ones like Yohimbe that can have odd side effects. Instead, the hers are safe to use.
Encourage Your Partner to Help: No. Well, unless you want her to put it on for you, but that’s really very sensual.
Energy Boosting: Yes! Many of the herbs in the patch strengthen your stamina and help you to last longer.
Easy to Use: Yes! Incredibly easy to use in fact. Just place the patch on a bit of bare skin and go about your regular healthy routine (exercising, eating right and carrying on like normal). It can even be worn while you’re showering and it’s fairly tough. However, you do have to replace it every three days, but a box of patches lasts about four to sex months. This is far more preferable to popping pills by many men.
Side Effects?: None really. It won’t even counteract any other drugs you’re taking and even senior citizens are safe to take it. However, always check with your doctor first.
Reviews: Positive. As long as you stick with the system for a few weeks, you’ll see very nice results.
Fast Acting: Not so much… It can take up to six weeks to see the best results, but since you don’t really have to do much beyond wear the patch and do a bit of exercising, it’s usually not too onerous for people.
Price: It depends on which set you get; you can get packages with just the patches and access to the site’s member’s area, or you can get deluxe packages with a year’s supply of patches and other freebies. The price ranges from $68.95 for a month’s supply and access to the member’s area to $358.95 for a year’s supply of the patch, plus pills and access to all sorts of online support. It may seem expensive, but think on how much you’ve already wasted on other systems.
So is it worth it? Yes, but you should try and get multiple month supplies rather than go month by month because you end up saving a lot of money that way. If you’re uncertain though, try a one month supply with a promotion (you can find promotions online just by searching ProEnhance Patch) and then seeing how it goes. However, going for the three month buy will let you see the full extent of the benefits you can get and after that, you’ll want to go for the yearly.

Lubricants: What are They and What Kind Should You Use
Some of the most traditional lubricants include KY Jelly, baby oil and Vaseline. This is because these products are easy to get and cheap. However, it’s now known that many of these products just aren’t suitable anymore; they can cause itching, irritation, they can disrupt sex toys, and there are more specific products on the market anyway. So what kinds of lubes are out there today?
Water Soluble
Water based lubes are largely made up of water and a few other ingredients that can make it last longer or decrease on irritation. Water based lubes are also the most common ones are the market; they tend to be the most affordable to create and to sell and thus to buy and there is a lot of competition.
What to watch for: Water soluble lubes should not be used in water as they will disperse and be rendered useful. Some require reapplication though and can leave a bad smell or residue if not washed off promptly after use. Make sure to check the ingredient listings and any caution labels closely for use.
Oil Based
Oil based lubes are lubes that are largely oil in content rather than water. These lubes were created in reaction to the bad things attached to water lubes; they don’t cause itching or irritation and can be used in water. They also tend to be made with more organic materials than water based lubes.
What to Watch for: Allergies mostly; people with very sensitive skin should try this lube somewhere else on their body to check for a reaction. You should also be aware of the fact that although it may say organic on the label, the FDA regulates lube very differently from other products and so the term ‘organic’ has to be used very carefully. The best thing to do is check the ingredients.
Silicone lube
Silicone lubricants are made up of silicone products. They aren’t absorbed by the skin so they can be used for a longer period of time and also vary in their ability to enhance sexual pleasure, so you can pick ones that fit what you want. Silicone based lubricants are most commonly found on condoms because they’re safe to use on them.
What to Watch for: Do not use with silicon based toys because it can cause more rapid disintegration.
Specialty Lubricants
Specialty lubricants can be anything from warming lubricants, to lubes specifically designed for anal sex, to lubes designed for male masturbation. These lubricants are very useful for these acts because they are created to make the sexual acts more pleasurable and cut down on irritation in ways that the traditional lubricants will not.
What to Watch For: Only get the lubricant that is suitable for what you’re doing. For example, masturbatory aid lubricants can cause irritation in a vagina or anus; they are specifically design for use on a penis in masturbation, nothing more.
Lubricants are extremely useful in a variety of ways, so be sure to keep some nearby, especially if you or your partner have trouble with dryness or you want to try a different kind of sex (anal sex absolutely requires) the use of lubrication. And always make sure to clean yourself up afterwards to protect against itching or infection.

Some Important Announcements
First, I'd like to thank the commenters and readers on the site; specifically Extenzene for all their support so far and wonderful kindness. You guys rock!
Secondly, on a lower note, I'd like to remind EVERYONE that the forums are not meant to be dumping grounds for SPAM. We do have a forum for sellers called 'Traders and Sellers' please advertise there. I know full well that backlinks=greater rankings in Google, but people, please; the other forums are meant for people to talk about relationships, sex, personal experiences with products, etc; not as a place to scream out how wonderful your products are! At least tell us how wonderful we are first ;). I know that it's unlikely those spammers will read this, but I just thought I'd make our position known. After all, where goes forums so goes commenting (please don't just comment with spam; it's so depressing to see a comment and find out it's junk mail. A signature with a backlink is one thing, but don't shove your products down our throat please!)
Thirdly, Gaia needs some love! See, on the right, adult stories; that's where Gaia haunts. She won't admit it, but she does enjoy an audience. Our newsletter needs some love too-you get updated when we update, you get love o' the week tips and excepts from Gaia P.I. Very cool stuff!
Fourthly, CONTEST! Look, up, contest tab! There is a contest there! You could win a bunch of free stuff!
Fifthly. You'll notice that we yanked the Spanish Fly product a week or two back. This is because my research uncovered just how... bad this stuff is. The real stuff is poisonous and ineffective and the false stuff only trades on the mythos of the name, so when our supplier didn't answer our questions about the product, we yanked it! After all, we won't sell you anything we wouldn't try ourselves or at least have thoroughly researched! I hope that through this action, you'll gain more trust in us as a shop.
Finally *phew*! I do have a couple of websites you should check out after visiting us. These things are all sexual enhancement products for men and women and are very interesting.
www.gambirshop.com ---> Provider of Gambir Sarawak in pieces that are larger than anywhere else on the 'net. Excellent cure for Premature Ejaculation
www.her-libido.com ---->It's very hard to find female sex enhancement products that work. Here, you can learn more about Germany Sex Drops and buy it. Or you can buy it at Earthy Sex too. Take your pick.
http://www.doesextenzework.net/ ---> Let it not be said that I don't reward my readers! Thank you for your support and reading and I hope you'll buy something soon, LOL!
So that's all for today folks. Sorry for the lack of sex today, but I'm just WIPED OUT! You can only write about sex for so long before you need a break. Kind of like beer and candy in that respect, ha ha!
Sex, love, and good food to you all and I'll see you on Friday.

Stress and Sex
• Massage Therapy: Massaging each other with oils or lotions is a great way to bust some stress and start some foreplay action. Use oils that warm on contact and remember that the best oils can go everywhere. Heh….
• Stress busting foods: Some foods are very good at lowering blood pressure and managing stress. These foods include nuts and bananas. And astonishingly enough, they are also good foods for energy and some erotic play… oh those bananas!
• Yoga: Tantric yoga or otherwise, yoga helps you to manage your stress, get some exercise and improve your flexibility. Plus couples’ yoga is a great way to bond and thus be closer and have a better sex life because of it.
• Mini-Vacation: A mini vacation can be anything from a night in a hotel to a weekend away at a bed and breakfast or a slightly longer trip. A mini-vacation can not only get rid of some of the stress of your life, but also spices up your sex life by engaging in the act in a new place. Mini vacations don’t have to be expensive and you really have to think of it in terms of an investment in your relationship
• Chat it Out: Sometimes a great stress buster is just to talk it out and be understanding about it. Men have a hard time talking about what stresses them out because they are often conditioned to repress their feelings while women often have difficulty dealing with their stress because they tell people and can end up getting overrun by other people’s problems or by being told that their problems don’t matter. However, when both partners are understanding of each other’s stress, it can do a lot to relieve the burden and thus make for better sex.
Stress can really trash your sex life, but it’s important to not allow it to run your life completely. Remember that through proper stress management, you can not only take better care of your health, but also enjoy some fun ways to have better sex and a closer partnership overall.

Stretches for Natural Male Sex Enhancement
What You Will Need
• Oil, lotion, or some sort of lubrication
• Warm water/cloth
• A warm, private room
The first thing you have to know how to do is Kegels! Yup, Kegels aren’t just for women; they’re a great natural enhancement for men too as they strengthen the muscles and help to prevent premature ejaculation. Kegels are done with ease, but they’re very important. Simply imagine that you’re peeing (or do it while you’re really peeing), then tighten your penis and try and stop yourself. There, that’s all there is to it! When you’re doing your Kegels, you’ll start to notice a thickening of your penis almost right away because tighter muscles force more bloodflow and which leads to a bigger penis. However, Kegels are best done in conjunction with other stretches.
Next, pick a warm room to do your stretches and keep some warm water on hand. Warmth will relax the muscles and encourage blood flow, so make sure to keep everything nice and toasty. There are two broad kinds of exercise-soft and hard-based generally on how fast you will be stretching and what effect this will have on your penis. Soft exercises are done at half mast and work on strengthening ligaments and lengthening the penis overall. Soft exercises are done more slowly by pulling down on your penis while performing Kegels and pulling for thirty seconds. Then grab the base of your penis, shake it for about twenty seconds and repeat. The best way to do it is to stretch it from side to side doing short Kegels and then straight down doing a long one. Every week increase the pressure your fingers put on your penis while pulling and keep up the Kegels too for great results.
Hard stretches require you to have a full erection. Grab your penis around the shaft and push it down as hard as you can (without pain!) and then pull it down hard and release it, repeating around twenty times, much like doing down jerks. After twenty of these, shake your penis around to relax it and then get a full on erection again and repeat. And don’t forget the Kegels with each stretch!
A final exercise you can try is called Jelq. Performing a Jelq looks deceptively easy, but if it’s not done right, it won’t work. You’ll need a partial erection for this one-almost full size, but still flexible. Then lubricate the head of your penis with lotion or oil or whatever you want and encircle the base of your penis with your thumb and forefingers in an ‘OK’ sign. Then slowly, but powerfully, move your fingers to the head of your penis, applying enough pressure that you can feel it, but so much that it hurts. Do this about three times per hand and for as long as your wrists can stand it. This method will force blood to the head and force the tissues therein to expand and take on more blood which will enlarge and thicken your penis.
Now, you should be doing these stretches a few times a week. The Kegels can be done any old place and time, though they are best done as part of a stretching routine since you’ll have to do them while you’re stretching anyway. The other stretches can be done a few times a week in sessions, just like you would with any exercising. And of course continue with any other natural male enhancement products you’re using; these exercises are very well complimented by these remedies!
Want a thicker, longer penis without a knife? Start stretching!
Next Sunday, it’s the ladies’ turn!

Vigorelle Review
Now, you may have heard of Vigorelle before; it’s relatively well known in the sex aid community and in the herbal remedy community for sexual aid. However, you may not know exactly what it is or how it works, so this post is for you today. Vigorelle has been called the female Viagra, but it’s not really the same at all and this makes it superior for women. Vigorelle is an all natural herbal cream that is used on your most intimate parts. It is intended to help naturally lubricate your dry areas and to stimulate your libido by warming up your private areas and promoting blood flow. Most importantly though, it increases sensitivity in your sexual organs so that orgasms are more frequent and more powerful. Even if you have had low libido, Vigorelle boasts that you will see a vast improvement with use.
Vigorelle uses an array of herbal ingredients and proteins to make their smooth cream. Some of these ingredients include:
• Gingko Biloba which promotes blood flow, provides a moisture barrier and is antioxidant rich
• Wild Yam which is used to balance hormones in the female body
• Damiana Leaf which is an aphrodisiac and treats vaginal dryness
• Peppermint leaf which helps with lubrication and with delivering the benefits of the other ingredients throughout the body
• And of course vitamin A, C, and E which helps tissue integrity
Now, is Vigorelle worth your time and, more importantly, your money? Well, there are some factors to take into consideration when you are figuring out which female sex enhancement products to buy and we’ll see if Vigorelle matches up?
Natural Ingredients: Yes! There are no ingredients in Vigorelle that aren’t natural herbs and proteins
Encourage the Partner to Help: Yes! You can have your partner apply it to you or you can do it yourself
Water: Yes! Water is found in most creams including this one.
Iron: No.
Energy Boosting: No. But it will promote blood flow and strengthen tissue, making it easier to go longer. It also balances your hormones.
Easy to Use: Yes! Very easy to use; simply apply the product in the skin under the clitoris and let it do its thing.
Reviews: Overwhelmingly positive.
Price: $59.95/month supply or $109.95/two months or $154.95/three months.
Discreet Shipping: Yes and discreet on the credit card bill as well.
All in all, it’s definitely worth your time and money to try a one month supply to see if you like it. You shouldn’t suffer any side effects (though if you do have concerns about it, try a little bit on your skin and be sure) and any positive impact will be better than none!

The Trouble with Female Orgasms
It’s true; up to 24% of women say that they have trouble climaxing or just don’t at all and these women, as well as their partners, would kill to know exactly why not. Unfortunately, there is no clear cut reason and that in itself is the problem.
We do know that hormone imbalances can cause part of the problem. Hormone imbalances can come about as a result of medication, birth control or even poor diet. It can also come about as a result of pregnancy and giving birth. And of course, the menstrual cycle throws hormones completely out of whack. There is a cycle of hormones that many women follow such as a testosterone surge during and just before a period, but many women don’t understand how this cycle affects their mood and how to predict them, so it gets very hard to manage a sex life that is satisfying for both partners consistently.
There are some more sinister reasons though and they lie both in psychology and in expectations. First of all, the psychology of sex for women has been damaged by the work of early psychologists such as Freud who claimed that female sexual organs themselves were only capable of producing second rate orgasms; that is to say, that clitoral orgasms were weaker versions of the vaginal orgasm. However, more women are stimulated by clitoral activities than by purely vaginal ones and furthermore, the best orgasms are wrought from a combination of clitoral and vaginal stimulation! But because of the work of psychologists like Freud, many women felt and feel as though clitoral orgasms are the weaker of the two and so are looking for ways to make more explosive vaginal orgasms which leads us to the second reason why so many women feel as though they fail at having an orgasm: Expectations.
Thanks to a combination of popular media and psychology, many women have a skewed idea of what their orgasm should feel like and this leads to many women claiming that they have never had one when in fact they have. The fact is that women can experience orgasms in a number of ways; from the contractions and release of the uterus muscles and rectal muscles to ejaculation to rolling shivery feelings. However, women are conditioned to think that orgasms must be the kind that is explosive; it has to sweep women away and make them shiver and shake…! Unfortunately, this kind of orgasm is very rare and usually just the media glorified version. In truth, most women experience a wide range of feelings during sex, from none at all to the more explosive orgasms and furthermore this can change from partner to partner or even from session to session!
On top of this, women do not just experience a physical sensation of orgasm, but also emotional; or sometimes, just emotional. This makes it very hard to tack down what an orgasm was and what wasn’t for many women.
So what can we judge an orgasm by? Well, it will change from woman to woman, but there are some broad strokes to use:
· A physiological change, such as: engorgement and sensitivity in the clitoral area, tenderness in breasts, lubrication, and feelings of energy or satiation afterwards
· An emotional change; feelings of closeness and bonding to your partner afterwards, sated or energized, and general happiness or contentment.
But of course, each woman is going to experience their own version of an orgasm, so the best way to know if you’ve had one is to be aware of how your body will react. You can do this by masturbating regularly (hey, no one knows better than you what makes you feel good!) and by making sure to really feel what you feel after a good sex session and then see if you can repeat it.
The female orgasm need not be the holy grail of sex; it is attainable. But even if you do have trouble doing it consistently, you need not feel ashamed or somehow lessened by it; you are far from alone! There are many ways to help yourself to orgasm nowadays, ranging from simple communication with your partner, to the use of toys and herbal remedies. However, you also have to be aware of yourself and how you feel because you may well be orgasming without realizing it. The next time you have sex, be sure to study how you feel and really enjoy what makes you feel good. That’s the best way to figure out what will make you get some great orgasms.

Sex Away from Home
You may be worried about the budget or how you’re going to pull it off with work and demands on your time, but it’s very important to consider the positive impact that a small trip from home will do for you as a couple. If you have children, remember that kids are happiest with relaxed, happy parents, and they’ll be fine with a babysitter for a time. Spending a bit of money on some time away will be offset by the relaxation and romantic time away from everything that could remind you of the stresses in your life. You don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars anyway; even just one night in a moderate motel or hotel can be enough time to clear your head and be closer as a couple.
Sex away from home is also worthwhile because it’s exciting! Doing the wild thing in a new place heightens the excitement of the encounter and makes it more romantic and fun. Doing it in a new place can be enough to alleviate some things like stress related erectile dysfunction or a low libido in women without the use of drugs. The excitement alone of having sex somewhere new will recall the excitement of the early days of the relationship and for many couples, that’s a needed balm on a relationship that has sunk into a rut.
You don’t have to drop a ton money or do any extensive traveling to take advantage of some sex away from home. Even just an excursion to a close hotel to your home will give you the time away to have whatever kind of sex you want, but still feel close in case of an emergency at home. It’s worth doing; you’ll be able to enjoy the sex you had before life stepped in and come home refreshed and closer as a couple.

Natural Male and Female Sex Enhancements Via Food!
Almonds. Almonds pack a punch of energy and are low in fat. Even the smell has been shown to improve female sex drive, so if you don’t want to eat them, keep a bowl nearby or use things like all natural almond butter as a massaging aid.
Pumpkin Seeds. Full of energy and protein, pumpkin seeds can increase your sexual energy and make you more aroused
Basil and garlic. Basil and garlic both improve blood flow, which means improved blood flow to your female organs which improves your sex life. Both of these ingredients are also a tasty accompaniment to meals, so it shouldn’t be a problem to eat them.
Avocados. Avocados are high in fatty acids and folic acids which interact well with your body chemistry and give you lots of energy. Avocados are generally recommended for diets too because they give energy for exercise and have protein; but don’t eat these little guys daily as they are very high in fat.
Dark chocolate. All right, so some chocolate is good! But in small doses. A one oz piece of dark chocolate has proteins that interact well with your brain and body to make your orgasms more intense. More than one oz though won’t help you anymore and you’ll start gaining weight.
Red meat. Not tons of red meat, but a good 6 oz lean cut of steak will give you the iron you need to make up for your period loss every month. Iron deficiency does contribute to a low libido, so keep that in mind.
Red Wine. A glass of red wine is good for the heart and relaxes you enough to enjoy doing other things in sex. But don’t drink every night or you’ll need more to get the same ‘buzz’ and don’t drink more than one glass or so or the good effects of the wine will be drowned by the negative effects of the alcohol.
Blueberries. Blueberries have lots of antioxidants and provide a nice boost of energy.
Celery. Believe it or not, celery helps the sex life because it contains a compound called androsterone which is released through male sweat and helps to turn women on. Good for both partners!
Raw Oysters. The Classic! Along with chocolate, raw oysters is one of the most famous aphrodisiac foods. This is because it has high levels of zinc and dopamine which improve energy and sperm levels, as well as libido. Plus they are fun to eat; just slurp them down for an erotically slippery experience.
Bananas. As well as being high in potassium which can decrease blood pressure, bananas also have an enzyme which can reverse impotence and increase libido. Plus, I mean, come on, the shape alone….
Of course, this is just a partial list, but give some of these foods a try to boost your sexual energy and as a natural male and female enhancement.

Why Natuaral Male Enhancement Products are Gaining Popularity
There are a few ways that men use natural male enhancement products and solutions. The first and most obvious is pills and other substances made primarily or completely from all natural ingredients. Some of these include Gambir Sarawak which is a topical treatment that is absorbed through the skin of the penis; VigRX Plus which is a pill that contains some of the needed ingredients to manage erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation; and Zenerx which is also a pill that is very popular as a natural male enhancement product. However, other natural ways to enlarge you penis naturally include the use of certain exercises and stretches that are meant to encourage blood flow to your penis and tone up the muscles around you penis so that you have more control over the orgasm reflex. Done properly, you can gain between one and three inches permanently through exercising, but the exercises can be difficult to do and take a certain amount of willpower.
Natural male enhancement products are considered to be superior to drugs by many men because they are often healthier and thus have positive effects on other parts of the body, they don’t generally need a prescription, so you have anonymity, and of course, they work. It’s still important to be careful when you are deciding which natural male enhancement product to use; some of them are more effective than others and you have to consider things like pills vs topical treatments and whether you want a permanent enlargement or something more temporary. You also have to pay close attention to any reviews to make sure that others have found the product you are looking at to be a good one. Finally, you’ll have to experiment with the best candidates and find one that fits. Fortunately, you will be able to find one; natural male enhancement products are a great way to enhance your sex life without the haze and problems of drugs.

Alcohol and Sex
There is a massive debate around alcohol; how much is too much, what kinds can be good for you in what quantities and what effect it has on people. Simple experience can teach us this much though; a small amount relaxes people, a moderate amount makes people unable to make reasonable, coherent decisions, and too much makes people sick, incapable of any reasonable actions or thought and fainting. However, the levels for each of these vary from person to person and vary from alcohol to alcohol. There are some general things to keep in mind though before reverting to booze to have sex.
A small amount of alcohol can have a positive effect on your sex life. It allows you to loosen up and get rid of your inhibition which is good both for having sex with new partners and for having sex with your usual partner and trying something new in the bedroom. It also has a positive impact on arousal and stimulation; mostly because you won’t be thinking as hard about it! However, after a small amount, the positive impact swiftly falls into the negative impact. Too much alcohol makes it impossible for a man to perform since alcohol wrecks havoc with blood flow and so a man cannot maintain an erection. Women simply cannot be aroused after a certain amount of alcohol and both partners would likely prefer to sleep! If sex is initiated, the odds of engaging in risky behavior go through the roof; everything from trying positions that may lead to injury to having unsafe sex; many children have been conceived out of a drunken night!
Drinking every night or many nights a week has a long term negative impact on your sex life as well. Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation are closely linked to alcohol as a cause of these problems while women have trouble getting aroused. And of course alcohol abuse is led to kidney and liver problems and weight gain all of which also have a detrimental effect on your sex life.
The key is moderation. A small amount of alcohol once in a while is a great way to burst out of a sexual rut and try new things without worrying about how you look. However, depending on alcohol to have sex damages your health, your sex life and your confidence. Be smart about your alcohol intake and you’ll be able to do a lot more with your sex life.

Herbal Sex Enhancement Products-What Ingredients to Look for!
There are a TON of products out there meant for both female and male sexual enhancement. They run the gamut between being mostly chemicals and water and being all natural and everything in between. Nowadays, people are trying to turn back to herbal sex enhancement products, but what should you be looking for? Even the most natural products have their inherent dangers, so never just jump on a product because it’s all natural! Instead, slow down and take a look at what you’re popping into your system.
What to Go For! (and why)
Here’s a partial list of natural ingredients to look for in an herbal sex enhancement product:
· Damiana
· Asafetida
· Puncture vine
· Horny goat weed
· Saw palmetto
· Hawthorne Berry
· Catuba Bark
· Gambir Sarawak bark
· Gensing
· Cayenne
· Betel Seeds
All of these herbs and berries and seeds not only do things like promote the flow of blood, strengthen muscle walls in the uterus and other areas, and give energy, but they are good for the overall health of the user.
Here’s a partial list of natural ingredients to watch out for in an herbal sex enhancement product:
Morning Glory: Although all right in small doses, large ones cause LSD type reactions (100-300 seeds) and the acid in the seeds can cause uterine contractions which are painful. If you are pregnant DO NOT TAKE.
Prickly Poppy: It’s a narcotic. If you’re a smoker, you may find it a pleasing alternative to smoking cigarettes, but otherwise, you should avoid it. And really, should you be smoking anyway?
Saffron: While small quantities are aromatic and help to promote a mentality needed for longer orgasms and relaxation, large doses are toxic.
Yohimbine: Again, a small amount CAN promote orgasms and better sex, but it’s more likely that you’ll become nervous, paranoid, have difficulty sleeping and even get sick. This one is best avoided if possible, but some users have enjoyed a http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifgreat deal of success with it.
Belladonna: Small amount makes you horny, large amount kills you via respiratory failure. Is it worth the risk?
Spanish Fly: The real Spanish Fly is not only ineffective, but it’s toxic too! It highly irritating to the urinal tract in women and creates painful orgasms, not pleasurable ones. Taken in high dosage, it can prove fatal. Fortunately, most places only call their products Spanish Fly to ride on the myth of it being a potent aphrodisiac. Still, ask for an ingredient listing first.
Of course, with all herbal supplements, you should talk to your doctor first, especially if you are pregnant, have heart or other organ problems, or an addictive personality.
Natural products are generally considered to be better than the artificial ones, but if you aren’t careful and don’t do your homework, those herbs and berries can prove just as fatal as the stuff coming out of a factory. Be safe, be careful, and be smart and you’ll be able to enjoy your sexy life a lot more.

Germany Sex Drop-What is It?
In order to use Germany Sex Drops, mix five drops in with any liquhttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifid, such as tea or water, and drink it. Never take it alone as it’s very concentrated alone and will likely make you feel strange or even ill. However, the drops have no flavor or color, so mixing them into a drink is not a problem. Then be prepared for sex, because it only takes around five minutes for the mix of sugars and hormones to kick in!
Germany Sex Drop is highly effective, but should only be taken as needed and exactly as instructed. Taking too much of it can be dangerous and if you keep taking it, you’ll develop a dependency on it in order to get horny. Instead, use it if you want to have sex, but are having trouble getting in the mood for whatever reason. And NEVER USE IT WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF YOUR PARTNER; drugging someone to have sex is ILLEGAL and IMMORAL. Plus of course, the woman will know that something happened and have you up in front of the police. Instead, it should be used between two consenting partners of legal age when the time is right to use it. That way, it works as a powerhouse female enhancement product and you’ll enjoy sex like you never have before.

Natural Male Enhancement Products
First of all, you have to sort through the myths. Natural male enhancement products are not permanent cures for problems such as erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Instead, they enhance what is there for a short time and provide a band-aid cure that is effective for the duration of the sexual encounter, but no more than that. This is just as well as you wouldn’t really want a hard penis all the time! However, it also means that you have to take it every time you want to have a long sexual encounter. Fortunately, as long as the product is all natural, there is no inherent danger in this.
You have to be very sure that the product you are purchasing is in fact all natural. The easiest way to do this of course is to check the ingredient list; if it’s short and readable, you have something that is all natural. If on the other hand it’s full of things that you couldn’t pronounce to save your life (and that you think you might have seen on the ingredients for tar) then you have a problem. A few products do have one or two ingredients that may seem chemical laden, but they may actually be an extract of something that you’d rather not know (such as extract of ant). Another good way to check is simply to ask around. Look for reviews of the product in question, read testimonials, and check out forums and ask for people’s opinions on the product in question.
Some of the most natural male enhancement products include Gambir Sarawak, which is just the bark of the Sarawak shrub and the water you add, and Africa Black Ant because these things have few to no ingredients and are effective. However, it’s all a matter of choice if you’re looking for a natural male enhancement; you have to look at what you need it to do and what kinds of ingredients are acceptable.
Natural male enhancement products are extremely effective and safe, but only when taken properly and verified as being natural, otherwise you end up spending money on something that isn’t what you wanted at all, and who wants that?

Africa Black Ant also helps to restore energy, has no side effects, and has a long lasting impact on your sex life and health. Africa Black Ant does all of these things using all natural ingredients such as ginseng, wolfberry and Tibet red flower. It also of course uses the extract of Africa Black Ant in a small, but potent combination with the other natural ingredients.
Africa Black Ant is not only a strong male enhancement product, but it also works on women too; it gives women more energy to have sex, improving blood flow, and increasing libido. This makes Africa Black Ant one of the strongest and most versatile natural sex enhancement products on the market today.
Of course, care must be taken the first time you try this sex enhancement because it is very strong and can you take you off guard. You may find for example that the first time you overdo it and end up straining yourself for example! However, as long as you are intelligent about managing the results, you can get ready to have the best sex of your life. You have to take it within an hour of having sex and to get the full benefits. Once you’ve tried it though for your sex life, you’ll wonder why you ever bothered with those chemical laced enhancement drugs when an all natural and highly potent male sex enhancement is right at your fingertips.
If you are having trouble with premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction or any kind of libido problems, then you should try Africa Black Ant. You’ll be amazed at how much such a small capsule can do for you and for your sex life. You can purchase it right here at Earthy Sex.

Bedroom Politics
Does this conversation sound familiar? It’s usually followed that night by:
poke, poke
“Go away.”
poke, poke
“GO AWAY!”
If this sounds familiar, you’ve had the very common relationship spat and solution which is generally to withhold sex until the horny partner acquiesces. However, this form of bedroom politics is not very effective for a few reasons:
1. Eventually the once horny partner just doesn’t care anymore.
2. It leaves a bad feeling with both partners, the angry one and the horny one.
3. It gives an unfair feeling of superiority and control over one partner.
Bedroom politics is common, but it also causes a lot of bad feeling. So, when you have the inevitable fight that leads to the usual solution of sexual withholding, it’s time to try a new solution to the problem. Many experts and old wives, say that you should never go to bed angry and this is true to a point; you should always try to resolve your problems when they come up, but if you can’t, sleeping on them is a good way to clear the air. So, to avoid the Bedroom Politics, what should you do if not have sex?
HORNY PARTNER
Your partner is mad and hurt over the fight; that’s the first thing you should understand and therefore, your partner is likely not horny and thus is withholding sex not only to punish you, but also because he or she just isn’t in the mood. Understand that sex may not be the answer right now, no matter how horny combat made you! Instead, focus on giving your partner some space and letting him or her come to you. Yeah, it may be hard, but it’ll be worth when you two have excellent make-up sex after the apologies!
ANGRY PARTNER
Your partner is horny, possibly because the fight made him or her ready to go, or possibly because sex will make him or her feel better (or both). He or she isn’t being deliberately thoughtless; they are just coping the best way they know how. Instead of smacking that person, shoving them away or otherwise acting pissy, tell your partner, gently that you need some alone time and calm yourself down for a bit. You may well find that the fight was over something inconsequential and that apologizing and getting an apology in return will smooth over a lot of the problems.
BOTH PARTNERS
Kiss and make up! Apologize for the fight, snuggle for a while, and you’ll find that your libidos will start to match up again.
Bedroom politics are common, but that’s no reason to let them rule your love life!

Is Roleplaying Just for Geeks?
Roleplaying allows you to do a number of things, but primarily, it lets you step out of your own skin and into the skin of a fictional character who shares your more deeply held traits. Whether it’s the lusty bar wench or the naughty stripper girl, you’re able to let loose your imagination without fear of being ridiculed. A lot of people only do it the one time, in their bedroom, or act out the scene just beforehand and then get to the main event, but if both partners are creative enough, you can create entire fictional personas with their own lives and issues. When you add this layer, you get the excitement of the early part of the relationship all over again which adds a lot of arousal and spice to the relationship, especially one that has gone stagnant.
Roleplaying also allows you to explore other aspects of your sex life that you may not have done before. Perhaps you yourself would never consider oral sex, but in the skin of another character, that changes. Maybe you feel brave enough behind the mask of Emerald the Pole Dancer to do a stripper dance in front of your man. Whatever your fantasies are, a good character mask can make it much easier for you to follow through on them. Roleplaying also allows men and women who have thought of being with someone else for a night, to be with someone else while still being with their husband or wife. (And yes, I know, for some people this is just too creepy, but for others, it allows them to indulge in their less than monogamous feelings without hurting anyone).
Finally, you can’t roleplay without props! Ever wanted to try bondage but were too scared? Bring out the Dominatrix! Or maybe you just want to try that vibrator, but you were too embarrassed. Well, as another person, you may feel braver.
Roleplaying simply allows you to put a bit of mental distance between yourself and your inhibitions without the use of alcohol. It can make you braver, more likely to try things or simply feel as though you’re rediscovering your partner all over again. Let loose your creativity and give roleplaying a try! You will be pleasantly surprised at what it can do for you.

The Quest for Sexy Pictures.... Still Ongoing!
Wow the internet is full of sex. And none of it is very, well, clean, fun, or really very sexy.
I suppose it’s partially because I’m a woman and really, since I own the equipment myself, I don’t really find the appeal in waving a shaven clitoris or bumhole in the air. Maybe the guys in audience do-well, some guys do or it wouldn’t be there! So I can see there being some pictures, but row upon row of nothing but girls (young and blond for the most part) showing off the goods, while not revolting at all, did grow a bit tiresome.
Not revolting you say? Well of course not; there’s nothing revolting about the female form; in fact, many say that women are just better looking naked than men. We’re sleeker for one thing and tend to shave more (but don’t let anyone tell you that it’s easier cause it’s not!) Women also have more pleasing lines as a whole and so the overall image is nicer; even if you do have female privates in the forefront. But it did get tiresome, which made me see why people who only watch porno actually have a lower libido than those who only indulge in it. It’s like working in a candy store; if all you see is candy (or sex), odds are, you won’t want it anymore!
So the quest for sexy pictures will be ongoing probably for a while and I have to point out that while we do affiliate with the largest porno rental site on the web, I think I speak for both of us when I point out that, like candy, you shouldn’t use it all the time; just when you want to indulge. That way, it’s still arousing and does its job; it doesn’t just get humdrum and dull. And those DVDs aren’t going anywhere; so don’t feel like you have to jam in several a night for a week!
Wish me luck on my sexy picture hunt….

E-Books on Sex? Can They be the Discreet Way to ‘Bone Up’?
E-books are a great way to learn a ton about sex and everything to do with it, but you have to pick out your library carefully. There are a lot of people out there who will simply throw a book together and market it as being the start all and end all guide to sex, but really it’s full of crap. This means that you have to look at some of the reviews for the book before buying and make sure there’s a money back guarantee in case it wasn’t any good for you. But don’t abuse this guarantee; a lot of writers do work very hard on their stuff and wouldn’t appreciate you ducking the bill just for the sake of it.
However, a good e-book or set of e-books on all facets of sex is the ideal thing to buy if you want to know about one aspect or all different aspects of the act. Well written e-books will have very clear directions and ideas, illustrations, an open and honest way of talking about the subject, and leave you ready to try out the tips and tricks found in the book. A good e-book will be well researched, easy to read, and easy to apply to real life. The best e-books on sex will completely change your outlook on the way you’ve been having sex, the way you’ve been handling your physical relationship, what you’ve been doing right and what you need to improve on.
It’s a tall order, but that’s why the best e-books are written by professionals and those with experience in the field. And the reason why they are so cheap (if you are feeling understandably suspicious when you come across a goldmine set of e-books for under $20.00) is because e-books require no printing, no binding, and is typically written by the one selling it who also does all (or most) of the editing and illustrations. This means that the price can be dramatically dropped.
So you want some e-books of your very own? Drop by Earthysex.com to pick up a set of seven e-books covering everything about sex for only $14.90! How cool is that?

Happy Easter!
There are several things that Easter treats and sex can have in common. First of all, the chocolate that fill easter baskets this time of year. Chocolate has a thorough reputation for being a sex aid; it releases chemicals in the brain of a woman then promote relaxation and increases libido and desire. You can use chocolate in all manner of ways, from eating a small piece before having sex to increase desire to using things like body paint during sex. Choose chocolate with a high cocoa content, the darker the better. Dark chocolate also has side benefits like being good for your heart and cutting down on stress levels during your time of the month. However, don't overdo it, or you'll end up gaining weight! Eating about 6.7 grams of chocolate per day is enough to get the benefits.
Toys are another feature to Easter and we're not talking about fluffy stuffed animals! If your wife or husband is new to toys, start off small; a rabbit vibrator fits snugly among the chocolate and stuffed animals, or an anal plug in a plasti egg. Feeling kinkier? Strap your easter basket to the bed with some new bondage toys! You'll certainly be singing praises by the end of the night.
Finally, an erotica fits well at the bottom of the basket or along the side. Depending on the tastes of your partner, you can find books that go from romantic and sweet to filthy and degrading; whatever you think will get the reader revved up. If your partner isn't big into books, a pornography fits in the same slot and you can both watch it together.
This Easter, go beyond the simple chocolate and flowers and remember to enjoy your relationship and yourself.
Happy Easter!

High Libido Means Knowing What You Put Into Your Head!
A lack of confidence is often a cause for a low libido and sex drive. This is the same for both men and women; if they don’t feel attractive, sexy and beautiful, they are always going to be second guessing their abilities in bed and how their partners view them. This in turns makes people less likely to enjoy themselves and thus sex as a whole becomes less fun and more onerous. Even people who would normally consider themselves to be attractive can find themselves coming of badly compared to the models on television.
Porn and sexy shows are in themselves not a bad thing and the show producers know that sex sells, thus the attractive actors It is up to the viewer to not let it make them feel bad about themselves and ruin their good time in the bedroom. There are a few things to keep in mind and try out if you want to develop a self esteem shell against TV.
Remember that what you’re seeing on the television, internet, and billboards isn’t the real person. It’s a little thing called Photoshop or the equivalent which smooth out imperfections and body lines, and brightens tone. Some people have been so thoroughly altered that you may not recognize them if you pass them in the street! (Give Photoshop a try for yourself and turn yourself into a super model for an ego boost equivalent to what they’re getting done.)
Remember that your partner picked you out for you; personality, smarts, fun time, and appearance all merge together. Men especially don’t notice little imperfections on you; they tend to look at the whole picture instead.
Try something brand new to experiment and get your confidence back up. Use a new toy, try a new position, or even just some lusty dirty talk. Success in something you’ve never done before is both a great confidence booster and fairly easy to do in the bedroom; as long as you aren’t drawing blood or creating bruises, you’ll probably get a good hit.
Take a good look in the mirror and take note of all the great things about you.
Sexy television can be a very good thing. It warms up the engines, gives people new ideas for the bedroom, and some couples even enjoy watching them to foster closeness. However, it can also create a very warped self image leading to decreased libido. When you don’t feel sexy, you don’t want to have sex, no matter how much your partner loves you. In order to keep these shows from bothering you, you have to remember that the people you’re looking at aren’t their real selves, that you are loved, and that sometimes it takes a new trick in bed to feel better! More importantly, remember that when you have sex, you’ll feel good and all those self image worries will go away. Give it a try; a real try, and you’ll see that not only will sexually explicit television have less of an impact on your self image, but you may even come to enjoy it!
Sexy Mood Enhancers
Clean Air
Yeah, I bet you didn’t think of that! But when it smells like tobacco, old food, old clothing, and old shoes, most people don’t feel very sexual anymore! You can use candles to cover it up, but a better idea is to clean and freshen the air completely. There are a number of products around to do this, but if you want to go the organic and affordable route, give Bamboo Charcoal a try. It cleans the air of pollutants and releases negative ions that promote relaxation-just the thing for the romantic mood!
Lighting
Lighting really sets a mood. There are a few cheap ways to do it. You can use thin silk scarves over lamps to soften and change the color of the light shining through or you can use dimmers. Candles also make for very traditional and very beautiful lighting, plus with wide selections of everything, you can choose exactly what you’d want for your setting.
Food
There are some foods proven to heighten libido and some that are just fun to eat. Strawberries and raw oysters, as well as chocolate are shown to increase libido and a glass of red wine will blur inhibitions just enough to have fun, but not so much as to depress the sex drive. If you’re looking to get a baby at the end of the road, eat some brazil nuts if you’re a guy as these improve sperm production. However, general healthy eating will go a long way towards long term improvement in your sex life, so consider that too.
Erotica
Curling up to a book was never so much fun in the bedroom! A good erotica novel can really put you in the mood for some loving. Whether it’s down and dirty, slash fiction, romantic and elegant, or a complete party between two covers, some good imagery and wordplay can be enough for many people to cut loose-plus you’ll get some great ideas for some things to try yourself.
But the most important thing to having a good mood set for sex is to have a sense of confidence, adventure, trust, and be ready to have fun!
Sex Toys to Spice Up Your Relationship If You're New
Lotions and Oils
While not a sex toy in and of themselves, a good lotion or oil is essential, especially the first few times when it’s likely you’re not comfortable enough to produce your own lubrication. There are some truly excellent lotions and oils online and offline. The best ones out there are either water based (because they don’t stain or wear toys out too quickly) or silicon based for silicon toys. Petroleum based oils are not recommended because they eat through things like condoms and destroy toys. They can even cause rashes! Use lotions and oils not only as lubrication, but also for massages as a nice warm up.
Vibrators
Vibrators work by insertion into the vagina and by stimulating the g-spot and other sensitive areas with vibrations that can be any speed from slow to fast (most are adjustable). They are completely safe to use and are very easy to get used to. If you are used to using things like tampons, then a vibrator should be no problem. Use it to warm up before sex, or to pleasure yourself best. If you don’t want to use one via vaginal insertion, then they can also be used around the nipples, breasts; really, anywhere that is sensitive!
Dildo
A dildo is a sex toy meant to emulate a penis. It’s traditionally used by women to simulate vaginal penetration. Unlike vibrators which come in all shapes, sizes, and materials, a dildo is made of harder materials and is meant solely for penetration. Easy to use and very easy to find, there’s no reason not to get one if you’re interested in giving sex toys a spin.
Anal Plug
An anal plug is used by both men and women to heighten orgasms. It’s placed in the anus and has a flared end to prevent it from falling too deep. Anal plugs are very easy to use, but you need to use a lot of lubrication in order to make them comfortable. They are also a good introduction to other forms of anal sex and anal toys because they are so easy to use and not as uncomfortable as other toys are when you’re just starting out.
Still nervous? Then peruse any of our wonderful affiliates at Earthy Sex and give a toy a try. You won’t know until you try!
